SPRING LEAGUE DETAILS

This spring season we will continue new format for our divisions, instead of being able to request a coach and signing up as a team, we will be only allowing free agent sign ups, hosting a combine for all players, and then having coaches draft their rosters.  We hope that this way of forming the teams will create an even playing field for all the teams. 

Coaches will be able to automatically select 2 players. (Their child + assistant coaches child)

Combine

The combine will take place on March 5th depending on the age divisions.  They will participate in throwing challenges, speed drills, catching abilities and various drills.

This is a mandatory event and if a player does miss this event they will not be eligible to be drafted and will just be placed on a team randomly.

All players that are registered to the Spring season will be placed on a team, this is not a "try-out" where kids don't make a team, this is a combine/draft designed to have an equal distribution of skill across all teams.

Our Girl's divisions will allow full team sign ups for all age divisions.

ELITE NFL Flag Football is a fun and active way for boys and girls to develop skills, build friendships and stay fit. Beginners and experienced players are invited to join us and enjoy non-contact football!

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Birthday Cutoff Date: May 20th, 2026

 (Player’s age on this date determines division)

8U           6–8 yrs old             May 20th, 2017 – May 19th, 2020

10U          9–10 yrs old           May 20th, 2015 –  May 19th, 2019

12U          11–12 yrs old           May 20th, 2013 – May 19th, 2017

14U          13–14 yrs old          May 20th, 2011 – May 19th, 2015

18U           14–18 yrs old         May 20th, 2007 – May 19th, 2013

You may notice a 4-year spread in these divisions.  That is because we allow players to play up a division if they choose to. They can not play down a division, only up. If you have any questions about this, please let me know!

What’s Included with registration:

8 Games (minimum)

Team jersey

NFL Flag Official belt

Coaches will register and receive a team registration code to distribute to desired players.

Individual free agent registrations are encouraged and will be placed on a team by age.

Additional Uniform Information

 BLACK pocketless shorts are required for all players! If purchasing the NFL Flag branded shorts, they may be the team color or be black. There is the option to purchase other apparel like socks, headbands and other accessories once registered.

March 9th  - Team Draft

March 10th - Practices Begin

March 24th - Season Begins

May 5th - 7th - Final Week of Regular Season

May 11th - May 14th - Bye Weeks

May 19th and 21st - CHAMPIONSHIP WEEK

Game Days:

Thursday nights

Start times 5:30pm, 6:30pm, and 7:30pm

All request for schedule changes must be mutually agreed upon by both coaches and submitted to the

 League Coordinator for approval at least 7 days prior to the scheduled game.

Practices:

Tuesday Nights at either 5:30, 6:30, and 7:30
