ELITE All-Star Kids Tackle Football League
Football Parents,
Welcome to Elite/All-Star Kids Tackle Football 2025! I would like to personally invite all of you to join us in this exciting football program. The ability for Elite Training Academy to partner with the well-established and powerful football brand - All-Star Kids Tackle Football, is a testament to both organizations. Throughout my career of over 30 years in collegiate football I have witnessed some of the greatest high school, college and professional players of all time. I have also had the opportunity to work with several very successful coaches. One thing is obvious, during any football activity I have been part of -the player with greater skill development and understanding of body movement usually wins the one-on-one battles that happen at all 11 positions on the field. Working with these coaches has offered a unique opportunity to build a football philosophy focused on skill development and promoting the game to youth in the region. This aligns with Coach Scott Kirby’s belief that our program is to develop young men in a safe and productive environment which enables them to learn and apply the principles of teamwork, discipline, dedication, and sportsmanship. We are here to facilitate the development of strength and character in every child that participates. Most importantly, the main objective is to make sure each child is having a great time and learning about football while doing so.
At Elite Training Academy we are committed to providing the youth of Baton Rouge with first-class facilities, first-class coaching and the physical development needed to advance their athletic goals. Coach Kirby’s All-Star program and his over 40 years of coaching experience are highly respected throughout the region. With the focus on growing the game, ongoing skill development and providing a comprehensive understanding of football, while making it fun, we will have a great organization!
This new opportunity to take part in the development of young players excites me. I can hear the voices of several coaches, like Nick Saban repeating weekly-
‘DO NOT look at the scoreboard! DOMINATE the man across from you for 60 minutes! MAKE HIM QUIT! The scoreboard will take care of itself!’
Or coach Ed Orgeron saying –
‘You’ve got to want to hit somebody every play—out-work, out-block, out-tackle him.’
This is the football world, we plan to teach these principles. They will be our motto for the developmental leagues as well as our competitive leagues.
