Kevin Faulk Running Backs Coach

College Football Hall of Famer | Super Bowl Champion | LSU Legend

Kevin Faulk is one of the most accomplished and respected names in football, both as a player and as a coach. A native of Louisiana and a College Football Hall of Fame inductee, Faulk brings championship experience, leadership, and a deep knowledge of the game to his role as Running Backs Coach at Elite Training Academy in Baton Rouge.

As a star running back at Louisiana State University (LSU) from 1995–1998, Faulk rewrote the school record books. He finished his career as LSU’s all-time leader in rushing yards, all-purpose yards, and touchdowns, earning All-American and All-SEC honors. His dynamic ability as both a runner and receiver made him one of the most versatile backs in college football history.

Faulk was selected in the second round of the 1999 NFL Draft by the New England Patriots, where he became a cornerstone of the Patriots dynasty under Bill Belichick. During his 13-year NFL career, he won three Super Bowl championships (XXXVI, XXXVIII, XXXIX) and earned a reputation as one of the league’s most dependable third-down backs and locker room leaders.

Following his playing career, Faulk transitioned to coaching, serving as LSU’s Director of Player Development and later as Running Backs Coach from 2020 to 2021. His ability to relate to young athletes while teaching elite-level skills and discipline has made him one of the most impactful mentors in the game.

At Elite Training Academy, Faulk focuses on:

  • Running back fundamentals and technique
  • Football IQ and situational awareness
  • Speed, agility, and position-specific strength training
  • Leadership and character development

Kevin Faulk’s legacy is defined not only by championships and accolades, but by his commitment to helping young athletes become their very best—on the field, in the classroom, and in life.
